About Joe Chilberg

Joe has been investing in Nashville Real Estate since 1992. He owns and manages his own investment properties, so he speaks from experience not just theory! Joe graduated from the UCLA's Anderson Graduate School of Management with an MBA in finance and worked for both First National Bank of Orange County in Orange California & Wells Fargo Bank. His background in finance and banking provides clinets with unique expertise. Joe has built his own home and several rental properties, so new construction experience is also a given.
Joe's favorite hobby is boating and has taken his own boats from Lake Champlain on the Canadian border through the Florida Keys and Bahamas as well as the West Coast of Florida.
