My name is Tarry Nwaise. I am the single parent of 2 teens, a girl and a boy (oh
what fun!). 3 and a half years ago I bought my first home in the now booming Spring Hill, TN.
Joe Chilberg was my Realtor for that purchase and he was invaluable. He
literally guided me through every step of the process because I knew nothing
about the steps involved. He constantly gave me informed information about what
we were doing and he always treated me like an adult allowing me to draw my own
conclusions about the decisions involved. We looked for over a year and we
viewed and several homes. He never became angry or bored and I must say I
believe he truly loves what he does for a living. He also assisted me with
finding individuals he do home repair. Joe is well connected to individuals in
the banking as well as the contracting industry. I have referred Joe to at
least 2 other individuals who have also been just as pleased as I was. I am now
in the process of planning to purchase a 2nd piece of real estate, with Joe Chilberg of course.

“After listening to Rich Dad-Poor Dad, John and I heard through the grapevine that Joe was the man to talk to about it. We visited with Joe about the possibilities and after some saving and some worrying we jumped into the home rental business. Although we didn’t know much about the business we believed that it was better to get started and learn as we went than to remain inactive until we thought we were “experts”.
So on December 31, 2005 ,with Joe’s help, we bought a house in Fieldstone Farms. Luckily for us the home was already rented to a family who was happy staying there. We got to ease into the business. On June 1st the tenants let me know they were moving out. Oh no – what panic! Our ride on easy street was over. I actually had to work a bit. Would the house ever rent? Or would we loose all our emergency plan money we have set aside for the property?
With fear and trepidations I place the ad and amazingly people actually called and wanted to rent the house! By July 8th we had signed a lease with a new tenant.
Of course there have been some surprises along the way, even a few that cost us some money, but overall those “lessons” will cost us far less than procrastination will. Thanks, Joe for getting us started!

Thank you and Susan soooo very much for your time and expertise. I think Chris and I learned a great deal from this trip (especially Chris on rental property). We enjoyed being with you two - thanks for making it a fun day.
You are great Joe, really good at what you do and such a pleasant person to be with. (as is Susan). Keep your fingers crossed that we will eventually make it to middle TN. Thanks again for everything. Keep in touch when you have time.

For the last number of years a dream of mine was to visit Italy. Convincing my husband, Paul, was easy, especially after receiving advice from frinds over dinner and visiting Joe’s website. Gleaning from information and places recommended by Joe, we were able to plan an adventurous, educational holiday that included three days in Rome, four in Florence and Tuscany, and four days in the costal town of Positano. Ours was truly a fabulous trip which presented only one conflict - leaving Italy to head home. Anyone considering an Italian vacation should definately check out Joe’s website!

I am a divorced mother of two that I raised alone. I am a minority; I have gone bankrupt; I was a lifetime renter. Not too promising to be a real estate investor! This past year Joe was recommended to me as someone who might be able to free me from living in an apartment. In 90 days, I bought a duplex larger than my apartment. I rent out one side and live in the other. My monthly payments have dropped over 50%, since my renter pays over half of my mortgage. I got new carpet and a washer and dryer put in my side of the duplex, so I have no more trips to the laundramat nor dirty carpet that my landlord refused to replace! All of this, with money for a downpayment. Thanks Joe, I am living my dream! “Go with Joe” works!
